Every year at 11am on November 11, Australia and New Zealand go silent for one minute. Rather than celebrating war efforts, it’s about remembering sacrifice.

Why shall we “never forget them”?

Does remembering the Anzacs include accepting all the death, destruction, war crimes and racism that have been a part of Australia and New Zealand’s war involvement?
